  Stud Farm grows excellent Bramley apples, the trees are pruned to encourage larger apples, the majority of which are class 1 for supermarkets. This year a small amount of apple juice and cider will be produced. Toffee Apples and Kandy apples are produced each autumn for Halloween and Bonfire night. They are packed in boxes of 20 apples the toffee is usually red, but this year we have been making brandy flavoured toffee which is a brown toffee. The chocolate apples have 100 and 1000s sprinkled on top, this year we have also introduced a Christmas apple with white topping and Christmas ‘faces’ on the side.
